Can I get this gaunleted fist made into a decal?

The undamaged image is on their webpage.(see below) You can copy and paste it into any photoediting program (e.g. Phootoshop/Photoshop Elements X) and remove want you don't want. Size it to what you need and print it on white decal paper. Seal it thoughly with Micro Decal Saver or some other decal sealant and carefully cut it out with a new #1 blade.

As I'm thinking of this, an even easier and quicker way is to copy and paste the image into Word, resize as you would clip art and print. If you're looking for the SAC badge/shield, google that and get the correct lettering. Again, paste it in Word, resize, print on white decal sheet, seal thouroughly and carefully cut it out with a #11.

Would a British fighter in British markings have a Strategic Air Command tail marking? Typically, those were found on the forward fuselage near the cockpit of USAF aircraft.

Prototypes were painted all white ..totally fictitious paint scheme....

That will work, but resizing precisely in Word is a bit hit or miss.  Photo editing programs allow precise scaling.  If the OP has such an editing program it may be easier to use it.

His site has a notice up that as of 1/1/20 he is not doing anymore new custom sheets due to backlog. Only previously accepted custom design orders are being filled.

He may be willing to copy something simple.

Micro Scale made a decal sheet with most of the major Commands as well as the S.A.C. star band.  As far as I remember, hey were made with a few different sizes on the sheet but mainly 1/72nd scale.
