Customer Service Question.

The only time the issue came up -- a couple years ago, now -- I emailed them and they offered me the option of a link to an online version of the instruction package, which was fine for my needs.

Don't know whether that's still the practice or not.

 Thanks GregBale. Oh, by the way you did a couple of posts lately I wanted to respond on and the Reply /Edit Box didn't show up at the bottom. That Said, I have a Card Model Submarine, Very Intricate, in 1/200 scale The instructions were only available as a downloadable PDF file. Problem.Some of the printing is so small when I enlarge it it gets fuzzy type unreadable.

Sounds like they were scanned at home with loving hands...
