Question regarding January 2021 Tomcat article

Greeting's everyone,
I think I might have missed something btu after reading the January 2021 issue on how to finish the Tomcat, there was an blurb in the build in brief about going to finescale.com/robertstomcat for how to build the Monorgam Tomcat's. Since I am not seeing this through the link, would this happen to eb the pdf file from awhile ago that was available from the Tomcat build that came out in November 2006?
