We seem to be getting a lot of questions on the General Discussion forum Remember, there are specialized forums for each genre of modeling. If your question is pretty detailed about a particular kit, type of paint, etc. you may be better off asking in one of those forums. I think everyone who participates in the Finescale forums should check out the list of forums every month or two. New forums do get added periodically. Don't overlook the Tools, Techniques Reference Materials section. There is a particularly valuable Painting and Airbrushing forum.

I found the lower section by accident one day when my computer started to put me down there after leaving many of the different catagories. Still haven't figured out how to stop it but at least it's a reminder they are there.
I feel this should have been posted in the forum feedback section.

I kind of disagree. People not that familiar with this forum are not likely to frequent the Feedback forum. My post was not intended to be criticism. Rather, I think those of us who have been around awhile need to help newcomers. I did not know the answer to eithter of the two recent detailed questions, or I would have answered in addition to pointing out forums more likely to yield a good answer. I think, if you know of a forum more likely to yield a better answer, it is up to everyone to help in that case. While I didn't know a specific answer, since I frequent seven or eight forums each day, I do know some really great forums which newcomers may not know about.
