Yeah the title is funny.
But you know what I mean. So here's the story. When I was in hospital someone brought me a get well gift. A.M.Ts. Model of the A-10-A Warthog! The thing was 1/48( Or is rather). Now here's the rub.The Office is simple beyond belief.The decals are so bad you can't make sense of what they are supposed to be.
The whole thing is molded in a silvery colored plastic. Oh! Note here. I said that the Eldorado Cadillac I got from Atlantis was hard to polish out.This one is just as bad. If not worse. I had to correct one spot. It took seven grits wet sanded before the Compound I use even had any effect
Once I got semi gloss on the finish I quit doing that. The part was getting too thin! Panel Lines ? - Well, those that are there are like a 1/48 Grand Canyon ! And there are Not enough of them anyway! So, I thought I would upgrade this beast anyway. Got a long way to go, But it's definitely be a challenge!
The reason for this? Well, the canopy is so large and all, and it is a size I can work with easier. We'll see I guess.
