Quick Question - Modern USS New Jersey, Ship's Boats
Posted by HooYah Deep Sea on Friday, August 27, 2021 12:01 PM

As my kit was produced and purchased in Japan, and thus all in Japanese, I can't use those instructions for the answer. What are the lengths of the ship's boats included in the kit, other than the 26' Motor Whaleboats? Is it a 50' Utility Boat and a 40' Personnel Launch, or what?

Thanks

Thank you ddp59, So, according to this She had 3 - 40' utility boats, and 2 - 33' personnel boats, plus 26' Motor whale boats.

What is included in the Tamiya kit is a 40' UB and a 36' PL, but if thats what the specs say, well,  .  .  .

Again, Thanks
