Hi,
I'm a recently returned member and things seem to have changed a bit since I was last here.
Could anyone guide me through inserting an image to posts or point me to a forum description of such. I am familiar with it on a couple of other forums but do not understand the box 'Source' - what exactly goes in there
I store my images on Google Pictures and usually select 'Copy Image Address' which is then inserted between image brackets.
Any help would be appreciated so that I can join in again
Many thanks - Tug
I use Postimage, so I'm not sure the choice of links is the same, but I just paste that link [as-is, with no extra brackets] into the 'source' box of the Edit/post image menu. The photo appears in the post, then I automatically hit the 'line jump' button to put a white space between the photo and any additional text, just for readability.
Hope it helps...and welcome back!
Greg

Thanks Greg, It's a bit late now but I'll try that tomorrow and hopefully get a few pics up.
Thanks for the welcome too - nice to be back

The bigger the government, the smaller the citizen.
Got a 403 error before.
I use Postimage, too. I just select the "Hotlink for Forum" link and paste it into my posts.
Ramon, you might want to have a look in the Forum Technical Assistance forum, too. There are many posts about posting images, more than we've suggested here. You'll get a good range of choices.
Howdy!
Some time ago I've put this Step-By-Step together:

I hope it will help you. Good luck and have a nice day!

In addition there is a major section of the forums, Feedback, Help and Testing
This rarely read section should be on everyone's list to check weekly- and whenever you need help, post in the Help forum.
Hi guys, suddenly surprised by the number of replies - thanks indeedy to all of you.
I think I have the gist of it so I'll pop some pics up of a recent build
Thanks again - Tug
