Hi everyone, I am trying to find a kit of model I built as a kid. Yes, there was plastic back then !!
It was a vechile with tracks that was like a small troop carrier. The front was rounded. It was made by either Monogram or Revell. It was an open top and I don't remember that it had any weapons.
Thanks a lot in advance.
George
Was it a Weasel? This is a new kit coming out soon:

“Ya ya ya, unicorn papoi!”
What country,what era?
The weasel was made by monogram back in the 60s. I wouldn't mind having one myself.
I thought that it had a round front. Was this one coming out a different version?
Hi George,
I went to an estate sale in the Spring and got the "classic" Monogram Weasel kit. It looks like it's complete but I haven't done a thorough inventory of all the parts. The decals and box are pretty bad though. Let me know what you think.

The new one is a land weasel w/o those features at least on the illustration.
It would be a great start for an arctic vehicle.

That's the one I have George! Are you interested in it?
Here's Shep Paine's diorama of the Amphibious Weasel, too:

The bigger the government, the smaller the citizen.
BOY, Shep sure worked his magic with those old Monogram kits. He was a true Master!
