I've picked up a few sets on Scalemates, but I understand your frustration.

The second hit on Tojo's Google link is for Bedlam.  I actually used them to produce a set from photos.  Not Cartograph, but pretty dang nice.   Way better than anything I could make on an inkjet at home.

I don't know if you have considered buying blank paper for printers. If you can't find what you want, or it's no longer sold it's the best option, provided you have a printer of course.

I have some of that paper for almost if you want I'll look for it and tell you what brand it is.
