Nice mix of subjects, all very nicely done.

Love the weathering on the jeep and the gloss finish of the F-18.

i am inspired to spend a bit more time at the bench!

Thanks Gamera! Painting dogs is even more challenging than painting a human figure!

Great work Stik ! I love them all but my heart steers towards the M3 and the jeep. And who doesn't like a well done Blue Angels plane of any iteration !

My 2023 revelations, besides in art work and crafts, is in models trying and loving Tamiya LP lacquers with Mr Leveling thinner. It's the new faster drying easy to work with Model Master to me. Just wish the bottles were bigger.

Good output, Stik, very nice builds!  I like your figure of Beachmaster Maud especially.

Thanks for looking in and your kind comments guys!

OMG, the TOW jeep was a fun project, and something close to the heart for me. Im happy that it stands out to you. The M3 was more of a "finishing" project than anything else.

Baron, I love that figure! I just wish that my face painting skills were up to the task... not to mention painting ole Winston... Dogs are tough to get right!Tongue Tied

John and O, glad that you like the F-84! There is just something about those big mouth 50's jets!

Jim & Pat, you are both far too kind! Thanks again!

Great builds Stik.  As usual, your armor looks exceptional and your aircraft are not half bad either... Wink

Thank you Chris! I tend to weather my armor builds a lot more, and this batch of aircraft definately were on the light to none on the weatheriung scale for a change...

Thanks Ben! I suppose with the variety of subject areas, you could always go with your own favorite to help Wink

Awesome stack of completed projects there, sir!  Where did you find the boarding ladder for the F-84?  I'm assuming it's 1/48, right?  I'm wanting to start my 1/72 Thunderscreech that my uncle was test pilot for, and would LOVE to add a boarding ladder, but am having troubles finding pretty much anything in that area for modern aircraft (or quasi-modern in this case) in pretty much any scale.

Crash, the boarding ladder came from the old ESCI 1/48 ground support equipment set. A few older Monogram 1/48 jets also include boarding ladders. In 1/72 I know that one comes in one of the Hasegawa Ground Crew sets. There are some other sets of ground stuff from Skunk Models you may want to look into.

Thanks for your kind words on my builds here.

Thank you very much!!  The Hasagowa set seems available for not a lot of cash.

Tanker, ya gotta love a British Bulldog! So ugly, that they are lovely Wink

Crash, glad that I could point you in a helpful direction. For 1/48 stuff, the ESCI set can usually be found on ebay for a decent price. I beleive that Italeri has reboxed and issued the set as well. It always makes a build look more interesting to have that stuff sitting near the aircraft, just like in real life on the ramp.
