I find more drawings for ships then any other genre that I model! I just google scale ship drawings or free scale ship drawings. Thereare several very good sites.
Taubman Plans has lots of plans, listed alphabetically.
Tanker-Builder Hi! I would try BlueJacket Shipcrafters!

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.
I see plans on eBay when I search by ship, looking for kits. But that's not exactly the same thing as you're asking.
If you haven't already, you might want to ask in the Ships forum, too. Probably get more visibility with the ship modelers there.
The bigger the government, the smaller the citizen.
As I already have build a number of tall ships (over 12, both plastic and wood) I would like to see if I can build one tall ship from scratch, but, since my knowledge of those ships is very limited it would be helpful is I were to find plans designed for kit makers for me to follow and cut the required parts.
I do not, at this time, possess the experience to be able to transfer original plans into plans suitable to follow to make the models with.
Does any one knows about a site were such plans can be obtained. I do not mind paying for the plan as long as it is what I want and it is priced reasonable.
Thanks
Joe
