We would have to be very careful with some words. What might seem OK in english just may be a wrong word to use in another language.

A very good idea. Those of us "in the know" are very likely to use acronyms or abbreviations that might confuse new modellers or persons from overseas.

Subject Related Acronyms ??

What about subject related acronyms?

For example, Aircraft might include something like?

Fok - Fokker
RAE - Royal Aircraft Establishment
RAF - Royal Air Force

Anyone have any comments? Should we start a thread to collect subject related acronyms? Or are there some excellent resources out there where this information already exists?
