There are numerous hobby shops here in town. In addition to a Hobby Lobby (and I think we might have a Michaels), there are two hobby shops that cater to plastic model builders.

John's Models is located north of town and has the largest selection of plastic models on the Gulf Coast. If your looking for obscure, out of production, or specialty kits, odds are he just might have it. John's Models is also the host of the Pensacola Modeleer's, our local model club. He's open Mon - Fri 5 pm - 8 pm and Sat 9 am - 6 pm.

Bobe's Hobby Shop is more of a traditional hobby store with a little of everything (R/C, artist supplies, etc), but they also have quite a few kits and lots of aftermarket supplies, books/magazines, and plenty of scratch building supplies. Bobe's is open Mon - Sat 9 am - 5 pm.
