model kit price reference
Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, May 26, 2004 11:30 AM
I am looking for a reference site for two model kits that I am wanting to sell. They are 1/6 scale vinyl Stars Wars figures. Somebody was getting rid of them years ago and gave them to me and since I only build aircraft models I have never touched them.

To make a long story short I want to find out their value so I can sell them on e-bay or something.

Thanks,
Steve

Hi Steve, What is the brand, subject, & kit number of the kits?

Woody,

Both are Kaiyodo 1/6 scale kits. Soft vinyl.

One is a Storm Trooper kit #3650 and the other is Boba Fett . I cannot find a kit # for Boba Fett on the box nor on the instructions as they are written in what appears to be Japanese.

Also the Storm Trooper box has been opened but the bag that the parts are in is still sealed and the Boba Fett box and bag both have been opened. All parts appear to be in the Boba Fett kit. Like I said previously I never touched them. They went on a shelf immediately in the closet.

I couldn't find those exact kits but figure kits from that company have a price range of between $30-60. Looks like they put out a lot of Godzilla type kits and resin kits of old sci-fi subjects.

Thanks. I think that I am going to try my luck on e-bay with them.
