I've used them too and found that the service is excellent.
I usually call and confirm availability of anything I order so that there's no surprises.

I've ordered from them several times and have always had pretty good service. They process orders quickly for in-stock items and send out an e-mail confirmation of shipment. The only drawback has been that there is no way to track your order so you have to just be patient. My orders to Florida normally take about a week after I receive the e-mail confirmation.

I came across this mail-order shop based in Canada. From what I saw on the net, it looks like I could save a few bucks ordering from them. But how's their service? Is it reliable?
