My wife got me a hammock (I found out about it because she's pregnant and so couldn't take it out of the truck!) and my daughter bought me the Sherman I won on bay...

Won't know until Sunday, but it won't be anything model related. My wife thinks I got enough model stuff. Been dropping hints for gift certificates at Carl's Golfland so I can get a new Big Bertha Driver.

Wisdom is the right use of knowledge. To know is not to be wise. Many men know a great deal, and are all the greater fools for it. There is no fool so great a fool as a knowing fool. But to know how to use knowledge is to have wisdom. " Charles Spurgeon

I don't know .... have to wait and see what my cat picked up for me. One of the drawbacks of not having kids.

I will have to wait untill September to find out, cause here in good old Australia Father's Day in September. One advantage though I have three months left to to work on it.
Wayne I enjoy getting older, especially when I consider the alternative.

My first Father's Day and my son's first birday tomorrow! We had a party for my son with family and friends and a lovely day was had by all. My wife got me a Tamiya Spitfire Vb from her and my boy.
It's good to see my son has such good taste in kits! I'm very proud!

I got a new (and bigger) toolbox for all my hobby-related tools - something I've been needing for a while. And I ordered the Revell-Germany 1/72 Schnelleboote kit for myself as a bonus!

Well, my hints for the Big Bertha Driver fell on deaf ears Sad [:(]. But I did get a new Golf Polo shirt, a dozen Titleist golf balls and a new lamp for my work bench. Both of my kids & 3 grandsons came over for a cook-out and it was a very nice day.
