Replacement parts from Academy.

Just wondering if anyone else has had to get replacement parts from Academy. I sent an email about some tracks that would not fit and got a rather quick reply from someone at Model Rectifiers that the wrong ones may have been put in the box. He asked for my address and said he would have the correct ones sent . That was about 3 weeks ago and I still have no tracks and I sent another email and that one has gone unanswered. Just wondering howl ong it may have took others to get parts.
