And geuss what?
I asked if I could get to know her better, and she said YES!!
YEEHAW!! ADVANCE THE FLAG OF DIXIE!!! HERITAGE NOT HATE!!! I'M A FLOATIN ON CLOUD NINE TONIGHT!!!
As my stepdad put it,
"You know? Not a single person better try and invade the South, 'cause you'd fight 'em off singlehandedly!"

TenchiMuyo81,
Brilliant!! Ain't love grand?? It's a fine thing to meet someone who makes your heart pound, and even better when they feel the same way!!
Have a good one buddy, and treat her right. Life's too bloody short, and grab that brass ring with both hands.
Best of luck

Cheers, LeeTree

Yep! The hobby just lost anouther good kid.
We'll see ya' back in around twenty years or so.
My advise to you is to box up those kits for awhile and go have some fun.
Besides the kits(and us) will still be here when you get back.
The" old folks home" just won't be the same without ya' tenchi but we'll be o.k.

Yes my friends spring is in the air,now where did I put that super glue.

Sorry Tenchi ....
Us old dogs have seen this happen many times before. Soon you won't touch a model for a week, then a month, soon it's a year. Then comes the children ..... ahh but that's the start of the return. Soon you'll be looking for a quiet place, a place to hide, a place to call your own. Then it happens.... boom ... a model catches your eye at Wal-Mart. Soon you're back in full flight modelling away. The good news is, this is all part of the game. We've all been there and survived and so will you.
Love is patient,
Love is kind.
And she'll have to be to put up with a modelaholic.
Go and grow my young friend.
We'll be right here when you get back.
And always keep God in that #1 spot.
Happy Modelling and God Bless Robert

Tenchi,
Listen to Shermanfreak - it is sound advice and the truth
(I've lived every word of it!) He forgot to mention one thing though - in the few, rare, in-between moments when you DO get to sit down at the bench and model, you will treasure the hobby even more.

Hey TenchiMuyo81,
It is great to see someone who is not afraid to mention God, let alone tell people that he is your #1 priority in life. Like shermanfreak said, make sure you keep Him #1. You've got to stand for something or you'll fall for anything!!

And you're right, eating and sleeping are highly overrated.Tongue [:P]

Hmmm...
Most modelers I've known have military background, or come from a military family.
Most of them seem to be rather well to do.
Most of them seem to be Christian.
Most of them seem willing to help others, and ain't afraid to call northerners yankees(a habit renarts and I seem to share...).
Dear God! Do you know what we have here?
SCIENTIFIC PROOF THAT MODELING IS A CONSERVATIVE HOBBY!!
LoL, I suppose!
