I check in on the Yahoo Auctions every now & then, but have never made a purchase. Seems more like a much smaller version of eBay to me.

Thanks for the heads up. I don't know how much armor they'll have but what I'm curious about is the price, since e-bay is not really that cheap for me, considering currency exchange rates and shipping.

You best bet is to go do a search Under Toys/Hobbies and there is a section for plastic models--- then you can refine your search to the scale you build....there is usually well over 100 1/48 scale kits at any one time there....

Yahoo auctions: not a bad source for kits.

Was just clicking through Yahoo and went to the Auctions section.
I typed in "model kit" in the search bar and came up with 57 items, some of which were interesting.
I typed in "model" and got 322 items, but many were model this or that and not a kit, but there were kits in addition to what I saw under "model kit".

Not as much variety as Ebay here but not a bad idea to glance at it from time to time and see what's there.

Some things I thought were rare and interesting were figure kits for some members of the Beatles.
They also had a kit for the 4077 Mash which I think includes a few tents etc, but would have to see it again to confirm contents.

Have a good night everyone,

Dave
