Need help Finding info on Lookout Model

I am looking for help finding anything on MATT CONTE and
Lookout designs-www.lookoutmodel.com. I placed a order for model parts
in may of this year and I have a cashed money order but no parts.
I have tried to contact at lookoutmpc@msn.com but have not gotten a answer
on were my parts are. Any help is appriciated
