It does look like a good book.
If it's not already available in English, perhaps I should approach them about hiring me to translate it! I'm sick (no pun intended) of translating medical and insurance documents!!

Yeah, that's the book, nope sory no contacts at Hobby Japan.

Was just wondering as I know that a few of their mooks been translated to english.
It is really a good book and, IMO, should sit on most modelers shelfs.

Is that the "Moderingu Kenkyuujou" book by Nomoto Kenichi? And it's a Hobby Japan publication? I don't have it, but I've seen it...but never in English. Don't you know some folks at Hobby Japan? Probably be the quickest way to find out.

Maybe the resident modellers in Japan can answer the following question.

Is the book called "Nomo Ken: Nomoto modeling" is available in english.

A friend of mine looked at my copy and wants an english copy as he reckons it is one of the best reference guides he has seen in a long time.
Another good one is the older Max Watanabe Modeling guide.
