                        I've noticed that fairly often I see Great Models advertising sales such as: "Up to 50% Sale for 3,700 items in stock! " Usually after checking them out, it seems to be the same models on sale every time. Is there any deals with these sales, or is it just an attempt by greatmodels to get rid of junk?

                        You got it, slow moving merchandise or as you stated "junk" to some of us.

                        On the other hand, their 40% off sale before Christmas included some very nice array of kits and they scored heavily off of my card. I think of this sale as "Spring Cleaning".
