Help with instructions for KMC Avenger wing fold set

Hey. does anyone out there have the instructions for the KMC 1/48th TBF Avenger wing fold set? I recently bought a second hand Accurate TBF and it had the KMC set with out instructions. i'd sure like to build the turkey with folded wings, but don't want to make any mistakes. if you have one and can scan and email it to me at wm3456@aol.com I'd sure appreciate it. Othrewise just get in touch with me and let know what the associated costs of copying and mailing it would be. Thanks in advance. Walter
