                        Hi guys, do any of you guys know where I can get some free photo editing software? I was originally using Microsoft photo editor but cleaned out my computer and have lost it, I need a program that can resize images.

                        if all you want to do is resize images....just use microsoft paint

                        How would I resize it by making it by say 65x65 pixels?
