Productive Weekend Part Two-Lots of Pics
Posted by Duke Maddog on Wednesday, June 8, 2005 11:27 PM
And now for the next installment on the dream weekend I had. As I mentioned before, I had started a couple of new kits to break up the tedium of fixing/updating old kits.

This one is the little JB Models British light gun. It took about 20 minutes to assemble:

And about a couple hours later, I painted it:

In between that time, I started Revell/Germany's 1/72 scale Humvee kit. I only started one of them:

Now, here are the pics of my completed Titanic that I built for my younger brother in Ohio. I took the time to get the rigging done on it, and now I'm trying to finish the showcase that I'm building for him to display it.

Enough of the suspense here are the four views of it:

Yet, I wasn't done this past weekend with all I had time to do! My next post will show how I fixed up my Testors 1/72 scale C119 Boxcar with opening clamshell doors!

Crikey! You work fast! The Titanic looks great, I'm sure your brother will be very pleased. Great job!

Darren.

Thanks Darren! I'm glad you like what you see. I do hope my brother does like it.
