Wonderful Discovery

I went to this website that listed all the hobby stores on Long Island. And then- I visited one of them. OK, is has 2 rows. They go all the way back maybe some 100 feet. And both sides packed floor to ceiling with model kits!!! Tamiya, dragon, trumpeter, hgasegawa, classic airframes. You name it, this store's got it. I walk down the other aisle... AM heaven!! Black box, CMK, Eduard, Verlinden... to think i just discovered this place today. Unfortunately I could only spne 3 minutes there. Sad [:(] But I'll be back...

Heck, mine is the maibox, about 30 yds from the front door. The next closest is HobbyTown about 50 miles down the road.

I am blessed.
I live in a small "village" outside of a small town that has no national chain or big hobby shop.
What we do have is a nice shop with an owner that makes models himself and listens to his customers. If I want something, I ask. If I can do it prior to Tuesday noon I can usually have it my hands on Friday after work. . .with a discount on the order!

Don
I know it's only rock and roll, but I like it.
