Squadron and Spruebros.com way and above the others. Great Models is hit and miss and Roll Models didn't inform me that 4 of 5 items were backordered and shipped the one. i was expecting at least a reply!

I have ordered from www.spruebros.com several times. Everything they have listed is in stock and ships next day. The customer service is also outstanding. The owner answered all of my emails quickly, and even sent a replacement part for a piece that broke in one of my shipments. 2 thumbs up Thumbs Up [tup]Thumbs Up [tup]

I order from www.squadron.com and www.plastic-models.com all the time -- both are highly recommended!

I've ordered from www.squadron.com and www.greatmodels.com and have not had any major problems. However, if you don't want to be limited by US only stores, and don't mind getting from Canada, go to www.militaryhobbies.com (or www.militaryhobbies.ca, it's the same thing) They're better than North Star Hobbies IMO. Great service and great prices.

Watch Greatmodels everyday for there sales.
It seems as though they have a different kind of a sale a few times a week.
During the sale you can get as much as 40 or 50% more off of the already low online price.
Hobbylinc.com is another place to watch for sales.
You can get In Action books for as little as $8.49 per copy. On sale of course.

Modelmecca was very fast, but expensive IMHO. I like:
www.greatmodels.com or wwwrollmodels.com

The above stores and...

www.luckymodel.com
www.militaryhobbies.ca or .com
www.missionmodels.com
www.northstarhobbies.com

Some of these are not in the states, but I order from luckymodel.com all the time, I find that they have the cheapest prices, but if you are going to buy a lot at one time, I would go with www.greatmodels.com (do not order from them if the product is not in stock)

Hope this helps, Anthony.

I recommend these stores:

www.missionmodels.com
www.squadron.com
www.modelmecca.com
I have never had a bad experience with any of these 3 stores and they all have a great selection of model supplies. HTH
