HELP - Urgent ??? Where in the world do you get 1/72 scale pilots?

Hello,
I am new to the forum and have just got back into modeling after about a 20 year hiatus. Used to model when I was a teenager and I remember just about every 1/72 modern jet came with pilots. I cannot find pilots for the life of me. I need any advice on where to buy 1/72 scale modern pilots. I currently am of the opinion that I like a modeled aircraft to be in flight and not on the ground static. I would appreciate any help anyone has to offer about where I might find this vital component. I have seen kits on eBay but you get a LOT of diorama and only maybe three pilots. If this is the best I can do then so be it. Thanks in advance.
