How do you get model kits to servicemen/women overseas?

Seems that awhile ago I saw something about the "Baghdad Hobby Club" or something like that, where there was an address by which we could send kits and supplies to servicemen/women serving overseas. Does this still exist and how do I go about mailing kits to our troops?
