Try going thru the IPMS web site and check their contacts list. I'm sure anyone there can help and there is a good possibility that the DVD's are not ready. If they were shot there while the seminar was in process they may not be done yet. Editing, etc... Regardless, I would definitely contact them anyways, via email.
