Did Santa include some of the plastic sheet to use?

If not here are the dimensions the Vac-U-Form came with when new. 3" X 3 1/2".

I cut my pieces from plastic "For Sale" signs from the local hardware store. I use a sewing needle and a piece of cardboard to punch the holes around the edges 12 on the 3" side and 14 on the 31/2" side.

I hope this helps you get forming soon.

Cheers;

Gregory

Well folks, I didn't get any booze, but I was happy to receive a very gracious multi-genre hobby bounty:

Nice to see the old Star Trek Adversary Set reissued!

Hope you all had a happy holiday, too! (And not just from getting goodies!)

Well, keep it up, alcohol is expensive, and causes lots more harm than good. Not drinking is just fine, too. Wink [;)]

Besides, being the DD is a good thing!

So long folks!

Im not a big fan of any liquor, most beer just tastes funny, ice wine is WAY too sweet and red wine just laves a weird taste in my mouth, the only stuff I have ever really liked is cola beer I had when i was in Germany it gave me sort of a buzz but still tasted ok. I figure I will have to my friends designated driver in a few years.

FYI Granville Island, while located on (where else?) Granville Island, is almost entirely brewed and bottle not two blocks from where I work in Kelowna. They have a working vat at the GI location, but it is wholly inadequate for their bottling requirements.

While I enjoy a Pale Ale, or Lager, or Stout at varying times, I prefer a good Czech Pilsener like Pilsener Urquell. The German Warsteiner is pretty darn good, too! The Germans know a thing or two about beer, I've heard! Wink [;)]

When you ARE old enough to drink, and thank heavens we live in Canada where you can drink at 19 (18 in Alberta and Quebec), an age old enough to be responsible, and young enough to survive the hangover, head on over to a Fog 'N Suds where they have more beer than you can get in the liquor stores! I used to visit the one on Robsen St.

So long folks!

I'm not even legal drinking age but I do know that American beers are water compared with some Canadian ones, I also know (from what ive sipped of my dads) that grandville island pale ale is the best. Although its probebly not avalible outside British Columbia.

I've had the Glen Breton Rare, which I think is now out of production? I would be most pleased to be informed otherwise!

I've had the Yukon Jack, as well, and the Glen Breton Rare is to Yukon Jack as a diamond is to glass. Both are sparkly, and one is common... Tongue [:P]

Mind you, I'm a single malt scotch snob, and think I'm slumming when I drink Glenfiddich! Usually I stick to Islay single malts such as Lavagulin, Laphroig and Ardbeg (when I can find it!).

So long folks!

I might have to try some of that stuff? Now, I am not much of a drinker, but I do enjoy some Yukon Jack on occasion, how would you rate that stuff, better than, worse than, or about the same?

Nothing, unfortunately.  My wife pointed out that I had more than enough models (of course, I think she has more shoes, but I still got her a GC to buy more).  Good thing I put in a large order to Tower Hobbies shortly before Christmas . . . as a result, I got to open more gifts, today!  :)

We're all vets of the original, too. We play almost exclusively on CBW (except when it's full) as it is a "clean" server, IE no swearing, no racist or sexual slang.

Yes I was in tht server but its a moded server and I try to filter those out so that It doesnt scew up my game like it did with COD UO, it took me forever to get off all the mods that has made my single player into a nighmare. I think I will make an exception for CBW though.

Santa brought me The Great Raid director's cut.  No modeling materials or hobby shop gift certificates, but such is life.

I will just have to do my hobby shopping myself Party [party]
