has anyone used the soft touch pad which is available at Micromark.

Is this thing good??
i cant find any similar item here and the finest grit of sandpaper i manage to find is 2500.
The price of this pad is $6.75 however micromark charge $10 for the shipping cost. I think this is really ridiculous since the size and weigth of this stuff...
I used to ship a few item to the USA..and i knew for $10, i can shipped 2 1/72 models....
cant someone out there help me with this....i mean will help me buy it and ship it to me?? If someone can, pls email me and we can make a deal....
btw, i have major scracthes on my models and sanding with all the sandpaper i have wont help...
