I just saw the sad post about Trowlflazz. If anyone knows his family, please convey my condolences as both a former marathoner and modeler. I enjoyed reading his posts.

It's very sad news. I knew he wasn't feeling well, as we had exchanged emails since last October and he had mentioned it, but he never let on how bad it really was. I know that he was all alone in Ohio, with no family or friends near. What a tragedy!

So long folks!

He had us to keep him company.  He sure was a fine and cheerful guy.

The forum is an extended family and I'm sure we meant as much to him as he did to us. I will miss his jovial approach that he took to the hobby.

It's true, eizzle. Danny "Trowlfazz" Beedy passed away on Jan. 29th

I for one feel his loss terribly, but I promise to do my best to bring witty off topic threads and posts in his honor, whenever I can! I think he would have wanted it that way.

So long folks!

Thank you Bill. This is indeed sad news. As an extended family, is there anything we can do? Maybe take up a collection to help the family or do something to honor him that can be pinned for all to see?

There is an online memorial guestbook, where some of us have posted our comments and remembrances:

Danny Andre Beedy.

His funeral was yesterday. I think we were all in a state of shock and hadn't mustered our brain cells to think of sending flowers. I know David Voss was thinking on it, but we really don't have an address for his parents. I would be interested in pursuing further if we can get a group of us involved.

David, if you are reading this, your thoughts?

I have signed the guestbook, I was just thinking since we are, as someone stated, pretty much an extended family to each other, if its possible, I think it would be nice to maybe take up a collection or do something if we can. I think it would mean a lot to his parents or closest family to know that a bunch of guys thought of him enough to take the time and try to help, and most of all, to honor Trowlfazz. If anybody else has any ideas, please voice them, this is just an idea I had and I would like everyone else's input on it.
