Williams Bros. - "I'm not dead yet!"

The rumors about another company breathing life into Williams Bros. is true, much to my relief, since I bought one of the last Lockheed 10E Electras they made, and mine was missing all the clear parts. I sent them an e-mail and got a very nice reply, saying they were planning a run of clear parts in the near future.

It looks like about half of the kits may be available right now, but others have various licensing issues that have to be worked out. Still, considering Williams Bros. was the only source for some of the airplances from the Golden Age, it's great to see them back!

P.S. - The subject heading only makes sense if you've seen Monty Python and the Holy Grail about a million times.

That is good news.  I have one of their old issue Texaco Northrup Gamma's on the shelf.  Not a state of the art kit, but like most of theirs, one the mainstream companies won't touch.  Hope they come out with some new issues.

From what is on their "under construction" website, I think for the moment they're focused on what they already have the molds for. I'm just glad that I am not going to have to try and figure out some way to sculpt the clear cockpit section for my 10 E, because I'm the first to admit that I am still in the "assembler" as opposed to "modeler" phase.

Yippee, I won't have to pay "collector" prices for the B-10 and C-46!! I would dance a hula if my back would let me!
