Grandt Line makes all different sizes of plastic nuts, bolts, screws, etc. They are marketed for model railroaders, but work great for armor, helos. etc. Amother option is to get Hex-rod from Plastruct. It comes in about 4 different sizes. Simply slice a thin piece off the end for a hex-head bolt. Works great and is cheap. Lasts forever too.

grandt line makes rivets for RR models in various sizes and types. I've got some at competitions, but you could probably get them online too at a hobby site.

I have heard of people using a ponce wheel to make impressions in plastic. don't know what the scale effect is. They sell them at Micro Mark, if you want to check them out.

It would cost way too much, as Berny said.

Use a special tool like the nutter to make the rivet detail.

I have never seen it. It would be rather hard to do considering the different scales and type of rivets. They would have to make sheets to be used with different scales plus some with flush rivets, others with raised rivets. There wouldn't be much of a market for them.
