There is a possibility FSM might initiate a chat room. If this is something y'all might want to see on this great site, your input is needed. Go to the Suggestions forum and put in your $.02.

It's been discussed for many months and they finally made a couple of betas some time ago and assembled a test team.

Unfortunately, I've never been in the room when anyone else has been there. Kinda lonely...

But it's just in beta and the test team is rather small. 'Tis potentially alotta fun, though. So, indeed, follow that link and give your opinion. (Even if it's for the umpteenth time!)

I tested it successfully once and it worked quite well. Unfortunately, 'chat' is not a big thing for me, but I'm also a bit of a 'bandwagoner'...

Any time! It's a nifty feature, provided it gets used regularly. I'm usually on between 9 PM and 11:30 PM EST. Occasionally I check it out at 5:30 AM before I go to work.

Hey Hoser, The chat room is still in the testing stage. It's hard for us forum testers to test a chat forum solo, so I was just calling some of the other forum testers to join me. I hope they open it to the membership soon as it is a whole new level of community. Best regards
