The last I heard was that Revell of Germany was being spun off from the "Big Revell" corporation and that RoG would be acquiring some of the Humbrol/Airfix assets. (i.e. Revell paints in tins, similar to Humbrol paints, some of the classic Airfix molds, not too sure about the recent ones which are supposed to be in Asia). This was about a week ago.
