DURR, I'm sure many won't agree with me, but my first resin set was a
True Details cockpit for my P-38J. I thought the detail was pretty
good. Now here's the reason I think True Details is good for a
rookie... It gives you patience with resin parts. I had to sand a lot
to get my stuff to fit decently. but, I'm ok with that. It wasn't
really hard sanding, just repetative stuff. It showed me patience
really goes a long way with resin.
Now, my Verlindin stuff hardly needs any sanding so far. It's real easy to get off the pour stubs too! Good luck, DURR!
