Seriously. I did the same exact thing when I needed replacement parts for my Ju 290. I e-mailed them (using english, from the website), and got no reply. So, a few days later, I tried again. Once again, nothing. Well, about three weeks later, I get my replacement parts in the mail, no charge! "Sweet", I think. Well, about a week after THAT, I get ANOTHER set! I bet your e-mails were processed, but nobody replied. Either this is a language thing, or just something they don't do. Just wait a few weeks. I betcha you get SOMETHING!
