Well, your 20 kits will start "breeding" and you'll end up with like let say a FEW HUNDRED KITS!  I have a basement full of kits that have not even been touched.  This is just an ADDICTION!  AN INSANE addiction!

Same situation here. I read a new kit or build review and I buy. I read a book or see a movie or TV show with an interesting vehicle, I search for one in plastic and buy it. Or I just end up cruising an online store and see something interesting and buy it. Lately I've been buying more AM and figure kits for models I already have. The funny thing about that is I hate installing PE and painting figures, yet I still buy! But the mortgage and other bills are up to date and the wife doesn't mind so I don't worry about it.

And oh that reminds me. I have to go now and check out the after Christmas sales at a few online shops. See ya!

Cary

You think that is bad...... now  M1 that will make clearing out your stash easier ( if you want to clear it out that is) you take all the chaffees and build all at once  then 3 m46's at a time like an assembly line it goes pretty quick that way

Hehe!  I don't feel fulfilled until I've ordered or bought at least 1 modelling item every week!  Fortunately I have some willpower and haven't increased my model stash for almost 2 months, but I'm tempted to every day!   Instead I've gone crazy on AM stuff!!

Craving some unknown kit?  I don't think I'd stop buying even if I found some undiscovered kit that no one knew about!

More More More I need More

Bud

I too am in the same boat. I think my wife has given up on trying to slow my acquisition of models. This year my wife told me she wasn't going to get me a model for Christmas. Later she broke down and told me to write down 4 models I wanted (along with some other things) and she would probably get me one of them. Short story long, I ended up getting the Academy 1/32 F-16CG/CJ and Academy's 1/35 Huey. I think it's an addiction. Hi, my name is Chris and I'm a plasticholic.

Sweet !

It's perfectly normal, as I do the same thing frequently myself. Look at it this way, women do it with shoes and purses.....
