A friend of mine I met while stationed in Massachusetts sent me several of Dragon's 1/72 scale WW2 armor kits. I got a T-34/76, M4A3, SdKfz 251/1 Ausf. D, Jagdpanzer IV,  and a T-34/85.

My wife gave me one of those high-speed fancy universal remotes that replace all your remotes. It hooks up to your computer and programs all the various electronic components based on your TV, VCR, DVD, etc. models and manufacturers.

A while back they also got me one with a pic of the French guy that was up on the castle wall taunting King Arthur and the knights with the words "I fart in your general direction"  LOL

I love that movie.  Big Smile [:D]

I scored this year!  My wife picked me up a 1/32 Hasegawa Canadair Mk. 6 (F-86) that I'll do as Erich Hartmanns bird, and a 1/35 Dragon Panther Ausf. G Smart kit.  She also got me 2 of the little Accurate Miniatures 1/100 planes, a P-51D and a Bf109F, those will be cool to have on my desk at work.  I also got an awesome new Skagen watch, some cool T-shirts - a Led Zeppelin with a theme similar to what's on their 4th album with the wizard looking dude on the top of a hill with a lantern, a Monty Python shirt with the Black Knight with his arms and legs missing with the words "It's just a flesh wound" and black T-shirt that has a stick figure flexing on it with the words "The police arrested me for carrying these guns".... funny stuff, and appropriate since I've been working out, lost 36 lbs and am putting on some "beef"  Big Smile [:D]  My daughter got me an awesome calender with all my favorite warbirds on it.  And of course some books, candy, socks, a table saw.  Great Christmas!

The best though was giving my 15 and 16 year old their new computers.  I got them some really nice systems and I must say I did good, they are very powerful and the kids can now play all their favorite games (such as Everquest 2) on the highest graphics settings with no issues what-so-ever!  They're really stoked!  Cool [8D] Big Smile [:D]

We had our Christmas on Friday. mainly because I have to work today (it's slow right now) plus my son is at his mother's. I ended up getting the Academy 1/32 F-16 CG/CJ and Academy's 1/35 Huey. Can't wait to tear into them. The F-16 doesn't look as intimidating as their 1/32 F-18 was. Maybe it's just me. Merry Christmas!

I'll go ahead and start this one since Santa came for us already.

Well, let's see...I got 2 cool gifts this year.

1. A night lite of the famous "leg lamp" in Christmas Story, the movie. I don't know what my wife was thinking! It's sssooooo tacky. I love it!!

2. A really nice digital camera (yes, I didn't own one to this point). Now, I can start concentrating on model pics and progress pics.

Hope Santa is good to you all Wink [;)]
