MosquitoCon is only 2 1/2 months away... so get to work on those builds and bring 'em to the show.

Click on NJ-IPMS  and go to the MosquitoCon page for info. While you're there, check out Dan's incredible OV-1 Mohawk that won model of teh year, in the breifing room.

so it is, so it is.

I look forward to it with. Big Smile [:D]

But, there's no pressure because I know I'm not winning any awards this time.

(I've decided the juniors category in local competitions is a bit of a joke, and I'd rather lose to the big dogs than win in juniors)

I know what you mean Tanky.  I have heard that before.

phoenix... Oh I have lots of things to bring this yearBig Smile [:D] Too bad some of them are 1/48 a/c... a tough category just from the number of entrants.   I don't figure I will win anything since I know where all the little problems are in my builds that I don't care about but a judge will.

I'm looking forward to it. Like I said previously, I only built 1 plane all year and its no contest winner. But I'm going to try to get an 1/48 armor kit finished by then - last year I had the only 1/48th armor entry - it sat with the 1/72nd scales.Sad [:(]

If Jeff from FSM is going to be there again, perhaps we should arrange to have some place for FSM forum members to meet?

Marc, I really think it will be cool to show all your FW190s side by side as a special exhibit. I know what you mean about the 1/48 entries -there were so many last year they divided it in half if I recall. Not only that, they were really good builds!

Thanks Waikong. We have talked about doing that as a graphic example of scale.

Last year 1/48 had to be divided into inline and radial engine groups.  What's next??? By country, then by even and odd serial numbers?  I will be judging this year too and thankfully not that category... Can't judge a category where I have an entry.

And BTW, Jeff is not at FSM anymore... for about 7 months.
