i'm glad to hear that ur getting along well enough to be poking ur head in here from time to time. just take all the time u need and remember that we aren't dealt more than we can handle, even if sometimes it feels that way... even the worst of times has an end, or as my grandma liked to say: This too shall pass...

Hi all, things are going very well, I've had some great progress in not doing things I've done in situations before! I'm quite proud of myself. Feels good to not have guilt!
