One thing that's being done in diorama circles is the forced perspective approach. This can be truly unique and quite an eye-catcher when done in a shadowbox format. An example woul be to have, say, a 1/48 P-51 flying toward you, with a 1/72 BF-109 giving chase. The same could be done in amor: a standoff between a 1/35 Sherman and a 1/72 Tiger in the "distance".

Some military aircrafts are now coming out in 1/35 scale. I think Academy? (I could be wrong) came out with 1/35 Blackhawk(for modern armour dio). Panda makes 1/35 Hueys (good for Vietnam dio).

I guess we just have to wait for a while.

Hi, Thyamis.
A lot of folks just ignore the difference between 1/35 and 1/32, and happily model away.

There are quite a number of armor kits in 1/48 as well, so plenty of possibilites there.

There are even quite a few 1/24 and 1/25 armor kits.

So, we do have some choices!

why tanks and vehicles are made in 1/35, mainly 1/43 and a/c in 1/48, 1/32, 1/24, 1/72 etc.
How it is possible to make a diorama in 1/48 or in 1/32.
thank god they produce 1/72 armour kits.
