                        How come military modelling became standardized in 1/35?

                        It's such an odd scale, 1/32 is better, at 3/8", 1/48 even more better at 1/4" and with it being O scale which has been established since the early 20th century.

                        Well, wouldn't it be better just to say "Why not 1/35?" and just be happy with all the 1/35 kits we have built? (He-he-he)
