I bought a bunch of kits off Ebay once & the seller said that he was going to throw in an extra kit. Apparently he didn't do much modelling or wasn't a Sci-Fi fan because he put in a still-shrinkwrapped Monogram Colonial Viper! Party [party] Make a Toast [#toast]

[Admiring Starbuck's space fighter] Cassiopeia: It's a perfect machine! Born to dance amongst the stars! Starbuck: Yeah, it's bumping into them that has me worried.

Real neat Cold War collectable.

Lucky-ducky Jean. I wouldn't mind that kit, but will wait some 5 years or so to pick it up on ebay. LOL

Back in 2002 I won a Zvezda T-60 Soviet light tank at a model show raffle. The kit is normally on the top ten worst kit list, so I was not all that excited about drawing that kit.

The kit was an older issue that had a notice that it was not for sale outside of the Soviet Union.

When I got home to inspect the kit, there was a piece of styrofoam inserted in the lower hull and held in place with a rubber band. I cut the rubber band, and in between the styrofoam and hull was a high quality Soviet Guards badge.

Real neat Cold War collectable.

I bought the Mardrer III H Smart Kit last month.  Upon inspecting the parts, I notice that my pre-formed metal basket part was slightly damaged........   It was maybe fixable, but hey, I paid for a new kit, and I like for everything to be in good shape.

I contacted Dragon care, who asked me to send a picture of the receipt. 10 buissness days later, today, I receive my replacement part.........  with the aluminum barrel packaged with it!!!!!!!   Shock [:O] Big Smile [:D] Cool [8D]     Gotta love when it happens!!!!!
