a word of thanks
Posted by fightnjoe on Sunday, June 10, 2007 11:23 PM
was thinking yesterday about where my modeling was a few years back and thought i have a lot of people to thank for what i do now.  i wont list names, dont have the time nor the bandwidth to get them all, but i will say this.  in 2003 my modeling would have hardly even been up to the standards of beginner.  i was strictly oob because i didnt know anything about am stuff.  my paints were whatever i could find locally.  today i still have trouble with the basics or what i consider the basics.  seam filling and basic, not even detail, painting seem to cause me major issues with every build.  but thanks to all of your encouragement, research help, tutorials, and yes at times even leading me by the hand teaching, i have improved.  i know it looks like i jump to try many things but most of what i have tried i have done either kicking and screaming or with great hesitation.

so thankyou to all for everything you do.  thankyou for all the help given.  and yes thankyou for throwing a bucket of cold water on me at times to bring me to this point.

Been glad to have been here to witness your progress. I know you do mostly AC, but youve tried hard in armor and have come a long ways. Here's to many more years of building. Make a Toast [#toast]
