Need help on paint removal

Word of warning on Bleche White. Don't use it on clear parts. I used it once to clean the dashboard of my car and it left blurry little white spots on the radio dial and the clear instrument lens. Using Novus polish got rid of some of it, but not all. Will try it on paint when I get back home as I also need some thing like this.
I have seen references to something called Castrol Strip Clean, or something like that. Anyone know where to buy that, or is it European product?

Shermanfreak is right, Easy-Off works well and doesn't harm the plastic. In the most recent FSM doesn't it also say some place Westley's Bleche White works well to remove paint. Haven't tried it though.

It all depends on what kind of paint. Enamels will strip better then acrylics.
For all my restoration I use oven cleaner from a dollar store. You might have to soak the model a few times.
Some have said to use Brake Fluid. This will take the paint off but will take days and days. I think it only works a few hours then it's a waste. Also its hard to get ride of the stuff after you are finished. With oven cleaner you can just rinse down the sink.

I've used the Easy-Off method in the past with good success. Spray it on and give it a little time, scrub the nooks and crannies with an old toothbrush. Repeat if necessary.

Chameleon Paint stripper - best stuff there is, safe on all plastic and clear parts. Bottle lasts forever - had mine for 2 years now.

Try a soak in Simple Green, or for more stubborn paint, Easy Off(with adequate ventilation and gloves).
