Well, I can tell you they definitely aren't affiliated with HobbyLink Japan!
I've never heard of 'em either, DURR...they've got a few interesting kits, but nothing much in the way of a selection.
Nothing much in the way of any information, either...click on "about us" and you only get:

By the looks if the site, it doesn't appear to be a very professional outfit, but you never know...if no one else chimes in about having had any dealings with them, why don't you just order something cheap from them and see if they come through?
