OK, I picked up a Trumpeter 1/48 Seahawk, a CMK 1/35 Panzerbefehlswagen 35T, and a set of AFV Club 1/35 M4 tracks. Had to keep it low key to avoid too much attention from the wife about purchases. Anyone else?

Now there's a great score!

I did my honest-to-God best to get a chance to get over there this weekend, but to no avail! Boohoo [BH]

Instead, i got stuck in purgatory with the rest of the holiday mall shoppersSigh [sigh] Tis the season...

Any idea if there will be another sale like that coming up?

Warmest regards,

Roger

He usually holds sales at most holiday weekends. Occasionally he throws in other odds and ends sales such as resins, photo etch, etc. Since his shop is on my way to work I make it a point to stop in every weekend and see if there are any bargains calling out my name. I will put something out here or PM you next time I see he has something going. Most likely that will be at Christmas and New Years.

Awesome! I just don't get presents anymore for christmas. For my family (outside of the Mrs.) the gift exchange was usually not much more than getting a stack of (gift) cards dealt. I'm sure it'll be the same way this year too, so it seems my problem is solved here! I'll gladly take this years "royal flush" to spend there after christmas!Cool [8D]

Warmest regards,

Roger

OK bargain hunters, swing by Brookhurst Hobbies soon. They have a side room with tables of sales merchandise. I picked up two Skif BTR-152 variant each kits at 50% off and the Tamiya Tiger Mid Production Otto Carius release for $25. Christmas is early this year...Mischief [:-,]
